10 1/2 oz Taleggio
1/2 oz Butter, Unsalted, Melted
3 1/2 oz Toasted Almonds, Chopped
Method of Preparation
1. Slice the Taleggio into finger-long strips.
2. Dip the cheese into the melted butter.
3. Coat the cheese with the almonds.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
