Sautéed Fresh Olives
Most ingredients are available in Antonio’s Market!
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb Fresh Black Olives
1/2 tbsp Coarse-Grained Salt
Pinch of Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Method of Preparation
1. Put the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and, when the oil is luke warm, add the olives.
2. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
3. Sauté gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally so the olives do not stick to the pan.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the olives to a serving dish.
5. Serve immediately.
