4 oz Smoked Salmon
6 tbsp Sweet Butter
1/3 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, Grated
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
6 ea Black Olives, Pitted, Halved
12 ea White Bread Slices, Firm, 1/2inch Thick
Method of Preparation
1. Put the salmon, butter, cheese and juice in a food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Spread on the sliced bread.
3. Garnish with a black olive in the center of each.
