Pear and Fontina Skewers
Most ingredients are available in Antonio’s Market!
2 ea Pears
12 ea Cherry Tomatoes
6 oz Fontina, In one thick piece
Method of Preparation
1. Slice the pears in half and remove the cores.
2. Cut the pears and cheese into 3/4inch pieces.
3. Alternate the pears, tomatoes and cheese on wooden skewers.
