4 oz Italian Gorgonzola
4 oz Butter, Unsalted
3 to 4 oz Walnuts
Rye Bread, Thinly Sliced, Trimmed

Method of Preparation

1. Blend the cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
2. Mix in the walnuts.
3. Cut the bread into 1inch squares.
4. Spread the cheese mixture on the bread squares.
5. Arrange on a plate and serve.
