Limoncello and Vanilla Ice Cream
Most ingredients are available in Antonio’s Market!
1 quart Good-Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
3/4 cup Limoncello
2 tbsp Lemon or Orange Zest
1 box Amaretti Cookies
1/4 cup Fresh Mint, Finely Chopped
Method of Preparation
1. Divide the ice cream into 6 scoupes or large-stemmed water goblets.
2. Pour 2 tbsp Limoncello over each serving of ice cream.
3. Sprinkle with the zest and with the mint.
4. Serve with a cookie or two on the side.
