Honeysuckle Honey Pinzimonio
Most ingredients are available in Antonio’s Market!
1/3 cup Honeysuckle Honey
1/2 cup Peppery Extra Virgin Olive Oil (such as Tuscan)
1 1/2 tbsp Sherry Vinegar
Assorted Vegetables such as- Peeled carrots, Cored and Sliced Fennel, Cauliflower Florets or Boiled Fingerling Potatoes
Coarse Sea Salt
Method of Preparation
1. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, vinegar and 1/2 tbsp warm water until smooth.
2. Arrange the vegetables on a platter.
3. Sprinkle with sea salt.
4. Serve with honey sauce for dipping.
