Green Beans in Red Wine Vinegar
Most ingredients are available in Antonio’s Market!
1 lb Green Beans
3 ea Garlic Cloves, Roughly Chopped
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Beef Bouillon Cube, Dissolved in 1/2 cup water
Method of Preparation
1. Generously coat a sauté pan with extra virgin olive oil.
2. Add the green beans, garlic and bouillon cube that has been dissolved in water.
3. Stir the mixture together and then cover the pan.
4. Cook for 10 minutes.
5. Uncover and add the red wine vinegar, cooking until half of the vinegar has evaporated.
6. Serve hot or cold!
