6 oz Gorgonzola
3 tbsp Mascarpone
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt and Pepper

Method of Preparation

1. In a food processor, combine the olive oil, Gorgonzola, mascarpone and lemon juice,
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pulse just until it is smooth and creamy.
