Chickpeas with Puttanesca Sauce
12 Minutes Inactive Time
Most ingredients are available in the market!
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 ea Garlic Cloves, Chopped
1 ea 15 ½ oz Can Chickpeas, Drained
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
3 ea Anchovy Fillets, Chopped
1 1/2 cups Antonio’s Puttanesca Sauce
Method of Preparation
1. In a large skillet, combine the olive oil, chickpeas, garlic, red pepper flakes and anchovies.
2. Cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring well.
3. Add the Antonio’s Puttanesca sauce and continue to cook for 6 minutes.
4. Serve warm.
