Carrots with Gorgonzola
Most ingredients are available in the market!
2 lbs Carrots, Sliced Thin
1 oz Butter
1/8 liter Heavy Cream
2 1/2 oz Gorgonzola, Diced
Method of Preparation
1. Melt butter and lightly sauté carrots.
2. Pour heavy cream into the pan and braise until carrots are soft.
3. Add the gorgonzola and carefully stir until the cheese is melted.
4. Season to taste with salt.
