Ingredients
1 Bag Antonio’s Arugula
1/2 Bottle Antonio’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 Package Antonio’s Crumbled Gorgonzola
1/2 Cup Antonio’s Walnuts
1 ea Pear, halved, cored and sliced thin
Method of Preparation
- Place Arugula and Balsamic Vinaigrette in a bowl and mix together
- Serve on a plate and top with crumbled gorgonzola, sliced pears and walnuts
