Warm Spiced Wine
Most ingredients are available in Antonio’s Market!
1 bottle Red Wine
2 ea Cloves
2 ea Star Anise
Zest of 1 Orange
Nutmeg, Freshly Grated
Method of Preparation
1. Warm the wine in a saucepan without letting it come to a boil.
2. Add the sugar, cloves star anise, orange zest and a pinch each of the cinnamon and nutmeg.
3. Let cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
4. This is usually served warm but can be served cold also (we recommend warm!).
