Parmigiana Veal Loin

4 slices Veal Loin
3 tbsp Butter, Unsalted
1 slice Prosciutto (3oz), Diced
1 tbsp Parsley, Chopped
8 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano, Grated
4 tbsp Marsala

Method of Preparation

1. Melt butter and sear meat on both sides.
2. Mix prosciutto, parsley, parmigiana and Marsala together.
3. Spread the mixture on the veal slices.
4. Place in a buttered pan.
5. Pre-heat the broiler and cook until the cheese turns golden brown.
