Ingredients

• 1 lb Linguine
• 2 cloves Garlic, Sliced
• 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 tbsp Capers, Drained
• 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
• 2 ea Tomatoes, Diced
• 1 ea Small Red Onion, Diced
• 8 ea Anchovies Filet, Chopped
• 1/4 cup Pitted Calamata Olives, Chopped
• 1/2 cup White Wine
• 1 1/2 Antonio’s Pomodoro Sauce
• Red Pepper Flakes, To Taste
• 1/2 Parmesan Cheese, Grated
• 1/4 Basil, Chopped

Method of Preparation

1. In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook linguine and strain.
2. Coat with 3tbsp extra virgin olive oil and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat remaining olive oil on medium heat.
4. Add garlic, anchovies and onions. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes, oregano, capers and white wine. Cook for 1 minute.
6. Stir in pomodoro sauce and linguine. Cook for 3 minutes.
7. Top with red pepper flakes, basil and Parmesan cheese.
