2 lbs Spinach
4 tbsp Butter
Parmigiano-Reggiano, Grated

Method of Preparation

1. Carefully wash the spinach.
2. Steam until tender and transfer to a serving plate.
3. Season with salt.
4. While the spinach is cooling, melt the butter and mix in the grated cheese.
5. Pour over the spinach.
