3/4 lb Sugar Snap Peas
1/2 ea Red Onion, Sliced
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Dill, Chopped
1/2 tsp Marjoram, Minced
Salt, To Taste

Method of Preparation

1. Boil the sugar snap peas in salted water for 5 minutes.
2. Drain and set the snap peas aside.
3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet.
4. Add the red onion, dill and marjoram.
5. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Add the snap peas and toss to coat.
7. Add salt to taste.
