2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
1 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Pine Nuts
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1/2 cup Pecorino Cheese, Grated
1 tsp Garlic, Chopped

Method of Preparation

  1. The best way to prepare pesto is by hand with a mortar and pestle.
  2. Just add all ingredients and smash.
  3. You can also save a lot of time by using a food processor.
  4. Just add all of the ingredients to the processor and process until smooth.
