2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
15 ea Fresh Basil Leaves
5 ea Whole Dried Small Hot Red Peppers

Method of Preparation

1. Pour the olive oil into a mason jar.
2. Add the basil leaves and the peppers.
3. Close the jar tightly and let the oil sit in a dark place for 15 days before using it.
