Creamy Tomato Fettucine

All ingredients are available in Antonio’s Market & Cafe


• 1 lb Fettuccine, Cooked
• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 ea Onion, Finely Diced
• 4 ea Garlic Cloves, Minced
• 2 ea 15oz Can Tomato Sauce
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
• 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
• 3 ea Basil Leaves, Chopped
• Salt and Pepper, To Taste

Method of Preparation

1. In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic. Sauté for 4 minutes.
3. Pour in the tomato sauce.
4. Add the salt and pepper.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine all ingredients well.
6. Mix in the Parmesan cheese.
7. Add the cooked fettuccine noodles and toss with tongs.
8. Plate with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
