Cranberry Almond Oatmeal

1/4 cup Oatbran
1 3/4 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries, Coarsely Chopped
1/4 cup Almonds, Sliced
4 tbsp Maple Syrup
4 tsp Butter
4 cups Water
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt

Method of Preparation

1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add the salt, oats, oat bran and dried cranberries.
3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
4. Add syrup, almonds and cinnamon.
5. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
6. Serve immediately with butter.
