Ingredients
1/4 lb Butter, Unsalted, Cold, Cut into Chunks
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Method of Preparation
1. Place the chunks of butter into a small metal bowl.
2. With an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the butter until slightly softened.
3. Add the powdered sugar and whip until mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Add salt and cinnamon.
5. Mix until cinnamon is fully incorporated
