7 oz Walnuts, Coarsely Chopped
1/2 lb Grapes, Halves and Seeded
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Sharp Mustard

Method of Preparation

1. Mix the cheese, chopped walnuts and grapes together.
2. Whisk the cream, vinegar and mustard until emulsified.
3. Fill glasses or bowls with salad and pour dressing over.
