Ingredients
3 ea Large Eggs
1/4 tsp Orange Extract
2 tsp Almond Extract
2 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
2/3 cup Almonds, Sliced
1/4 tsp Salt
Method of Preparation
2. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl, combine ingredients.
4. Form 2 logs, about 12 x 4 x 1 inch each.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, allow to cool slightly.
6. While still warm, slice into 1inch pieces.
7. Bake for 5 additional minutes.
8. Remove and cool before serving.[/vc
